During June, we had a special and joyful moment as our Spark Community Fridge Volunteer Team was nominated for the Support Staffordshire Volunteer Awards 2025 – and we couldn’t be prouder! Since day one, this amazing group has grown stronger and more connected. They’ve created their own team network, supported one another, and go above and beyond to keep the Community Fridge running smoothly – often giving up their time, day and night, to collect food and offer support to local families in need. Their dedication is having a real impact here in Burntwood; helping to reduce food waste and ensuring people in our community are cared for and supported. This nomination is a wonderful recognition of everything they do – and we just want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of them. You are what Spark is all about!
